This Web site is provided by OTAN for adult education teachers in California who wish to explore using Learning Management Systems [lms] for learning at a distance (supplement to classroom instruction) and/or distance learning(teacher and learner separated by space and/or time). In order to start a course, teachers are required to take an introductory orientation by OTAN.
