If you need help using Moodle with your students please use the information below to get the fastest help possible:

Email: support@otan.us (be sure to put "Moodle support" in the subject line) Tell us the full name of your course, what category it is under, and all your contact information, including a phone number. Provide as much information as you can regarding the problem you are having. OTAN staff will respond as soon as possible.

Telephone: Please feel free to call OTAN support anytime Monday through Friday from 8:30 am through 4:30 pm regarding any issues you may have with Moodle. If you leave a message, please provide all of the same information listed above. OTAN staff will respond to your request quickly.
